He served as a Managing Director of Nestl Lanka PLC for 2 years (Profile of Managing Director, 2016). Mr. Hofbauer believes in building an effective team on the basis of trust. As an entrepreneur he follows a transformational form of leadership which put a long lasting impact on the growth of the employees. He focuses on promoting professionalism in his team by motivating every team member which is an inherent quality of a business leader. Mr. Hofbauer exhibits full determination while setting on the companys objective in order to attain consistent growth.
